Funding & Donations

Mental Health and Pinewood Centre services are funded by a broad range of sources, including:

  • Ministry of Health and Long Term Care
  • Central East Local Health Integration Network (www.centraleastlhin.on.ca)
  • Ministry of Children and Youth Services
  • Ministry of the Attorney General

The Program has been fortunate to have many individuals, groups, families and service clubs donate funds to help support "extra" components of programming, such as client clothing and basic needs, furniture, therapy materials, safety equipment and other essential items. Many of the prints and decorative items have been kindly donated, or placed in memoriam.
