Pinewood Centre, and the Mental Health Program of Lakeridge Health, provides practicum opportunities for post-secondary students toward the fulfillment of their respective diplomas, degrees and specialized certificates. This commitment remains strong and reflects Pinewood Centre's belief in the critical role of professional development, and working closely with post secondary institutions.

We welcome student placements from a range of universities and colleges, and have a very close and positive relationship with Durham College and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
