Structured Relapse Prevention

Structured Relapse Prevention (SRP) is an 8 session, 12-hour treatment group designed for individuals presenting with moderate to severe substance abuse problems. This program was researched and developed by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. The program is appropriate for individuals that have established a substance use goal. Clients learn to identify and anticipate triggers and high-risk situations, and to develop effective ways of coping with these situations.
