This web-site has been designed to provide basic information about the range of services available through the Mental Health and Pinewood Centre Program at Lakeridge Health. We are very pleased to have services across Durham Region, from numerous locations.

Making the first call for mental health or substance use issues is not always easy. In fact, many people describe that they "thought about it" for weeks, months or even years before picking up the phone and calling about services. We understand the challenges that come along with taking the first step, and we appreciate the courage and strength that is involved.

We have provided a few brief self-assessment tools in this section that can help you gain insight into your experience with mental health, substance use and gambling behaviours. As always, we are here to help, and we encourage you to contact any of our services and one of our staff would be pleased to talk about how services may be appropriate for you, or someone you know.
